Upload Vids gives access to all customers, even if they don't request video. The all-customer option lets videographers view customer details, including surnames, booking references, and group bookings. This helps identify if someone in a group booking is missing out on video and suggests they might regret it when their friends share their experiences later.

Each pc running your chosen video editing software runs its copy of Upload Vids. The monitoring software application is free to use on as many computers as you would like. You will require an account created with Filemail cloud storage, and this is a separate contract directly with them.
